WHAT IS MALATANG?

MaLa-Tang is more than a dish — it's an experience. Originating from the street vendors of Sichuan Province, this savory and spicy soup has evolved into one of China's most beloved comfort foods. The name itself tells the story: (numbing) from Sichuan peppercorns and (spicy) from dried chilies.

At MALA NOODLE, we honor this tradition with more than 20 kinds of mixes for our broth, sesame paste, and red pepper oil — each carefully balanced to deliver that signature numbing heat that keeps you coming back.
